🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team during an exciting data center relocation project. Your focus will be on strengthening and evolving our IT network infrastructure.
💡 Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing robust network solutions to support the relocation of a data center
- Setting up, configuring, managing, and maintaining essential network components (e.g., firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, security systems)
- Monitoring network traffic and performance to detect issues early and keep systems running smoothly
- Diagnosing and resolving complex issues in distributed IT infrastructures
- Enhancing network architecture to increase availability, resilience, and protection
- Integrating cloud platforms and third-party systems into the existing network landscape
🧠 What You Bring to the Table:
We’re looking for someone passionate about IT networks, who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving technical puzzles.
✔️ Ideally, you have experience with:
- Cisco, Check Point, F5, or equivalent networking technologies
- VPN setups, DNS services, proxy configurations, mail systems
- Linux operating systems
- A solid understanding of modern IT infrastructure concepts
- A structured, independent approach to work combined with team spirit and a service mindset
- Strong communication skills in German, both written and verbal
