Client Success Strategist / Manager – Digital Marketing & AI (Remote, Serbia)

We are a B2B-focused digital marketing agency that helps companies grow through SEO, paid media, marketing automation, content, and AI-powered insights. We are currently looking for a Client Success Strategist to take full responsibility for client relationships, performance delivery, and long-term account development.

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Account Growth

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 6–10 B2B clients, ensuring strong retention and consistent growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (director and VP level)
  • Build and execute integrated marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, content, automation, and analytics
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, focusing on ROI, pipeline contribution, and future opportunities
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals

Execution Oversight & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with delivery and project teams to ensure campaigns are executed in line with strategy
  • Ensure all outputs are clearly tied to defined KPIs and business objectives
  • Spot potential risks to account performance or retention early and take action proactively
  • Maintain strong awareness of scope and alignment with internal teams

Data & Insights

  • Analyze performance data and convert it into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Present results and insights to clients in a structured and confident way
  • Utilize automation tools and AI solutions to enhance performance and efficiency

Your Background

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing agency role, working with B2B clients
  • Proven ability to retain and grow complex client accounts (experience with SaaS, tech, or industrial sectors is a plus)
  • Strong business acumen, including understanding of revenue, margins, and scope management
  • Experience leading strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, email campaigns, and CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Comfortable working with performance data and translating it into business outcomes
  • Proactive communicator who anticipates challenges and addresses them early
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Experience managing website redesigns or broader digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
  • Track record of contributing to account expansion strategies
