Head of Affiliates

Are you a results-oriented affiliate marketing leader looking to make a major impact? We’re seeking a strategic and driven Head of Affiliates to lead and expand our affiliate program across all company channels.


What You’ll Do:

As the Head of Affiliates, you’ll take full ownership of our affiliate marketing strategy. This is a leadership role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, reporting directly to the CMO.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates through proactive research, outreach, and referrals
  • Managing and optimizing the affiliate program across all company platforms
  • Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with affiliates
  • Recommending campaigns, providing feedback, and sharing performance updates with the marketing leadership team
  • Monitoring traffic quality, analyzing performance, and implementing optimizations
  • Defining and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Representing the company at affiliate events, expos, and industry conferences
  • Managing top-tier affiliate partnerships and building strategic relationship management processes
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members on affiliate marketing tactics and industry best practices
  • Overseeing compliance with brand guidelines and relevant regulations across the affiliate network
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new affiliate account managers
  • Leading the affiliate team and managing budgets, KPIs, and long-term planning

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar senior-level role, preferably within the Gambling industry (sports experience is a strong plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • A self-starting attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong negotiation, partner acquisition, and relationship management abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive optimizations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Highly motivated, organized, and goal-focused
