Main Duties:
Supervise and inspire a capable POD unit, encouraging continuous learning and team collaboration.
Review and verify financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Monitor and evaluate various casino and sports betting offerings for consistency and compliance.
Identify and take action against irregular or exploitative gaming activity.
Analyze player data to determine player value and behavioral trends.
Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance our product offerings and internal workflows.
Align tech-based solutions with overarching business strategies.
Recommend upgrades to our transaction systems and suggest ways to boost efficiency.
Promote open communication and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
Take part in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
Mentor and coach team members to foster professional development.
Track and assess team progress, delivering performance reviews rooted in measurable outcomes.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong understanding of financial transaction systems and pay-out procedures.
Solid grasp of how data is managed, processed, and maintained.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the iGaming sector is essential.

Strong English language proficiency (at least B2 level based on the European Framework).
Prior involvement with financial tools and platforms used for transaction handling and reporting.
At least one year of proven work in processing financial transactions, data analysis, and pay-outs.
