Your Responsibilities
– Oversee and coordinate the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
– Collaborate with external vendors to streamline the hiring process.
– Build talent pipelines for specialized marketing roles.
– Explore and implement innovative methods to attract potential candidates.
– Actively source candidates through various channels, platforms, and your professional network.
– Draft and maintain job advertisements while conducting labor market research.
– Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring timely feedback is shared with applicants.
– Utilize the ATS system efficiently to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
– Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events alongside management.
– Prepare recruitment metrics and provide detailed reports as needed.
– Take part in HR strategy meetings to present updates on hiring efforts and outcomes.
Requirements
– Proficiency in English is essential.
– A minimum of four years’ experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
– Background in the iGaming industry is considered a strong asset.
– Forward-thinking and proactive in approach.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with ATS platforms is necessary.
