Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid), Belgrade candidates 2 days a week, Novi Sad 1 day and 1 day a month for other locations. Position A must be in office 1 or 2 days a week for first 3 months.

We are expanding our engineering team and looking for two experienced DevOps Engineers to join long-term enterprise projects supporting organizations across telecommunications, energy, and renewable energy industries.
Both positions focus on modern cloud infrastructure, automation, platform engineering, operational excellence, and reliability. You will work in AWS-based environments while contributing to the development of scalable infrastructure platforms, CI/CD processes, containerized workloads, and cloud-native solutions.
Depending on your experience and career interests, you may join either a client-facing consulting-oriented team or a delivery-focused engineering project.

Position A – Senior DevOps Engineer
This role is suited for a senior-level engineer who enjoys working directly with stakeholders, participating in technical discussions, and helping shape infrastructure decisions across multiple enterprise environments.
In addition to hands-on engineering responsibilities, you will contribute to architectural improvements, platform strategy, infrastructure modernization, and technical consulting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS.
- Drive infrastructure modernization and platform improvements.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
- Enhance deployment automation and CI/CD processes.
- Support and improve Kubernetes-based environments.
- Increase platform reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture reviews and infrastructure planning.
- Identify opportunities for performance optimization and cost reduction.
- Support cloud security and operational best practices.
This position includes regular collaboration with a client team located in Belgrade. During the onboarding period, occasional office presence is expected before transitioning to a more flexible working arrangement.
Position B – DevOps Engineer
This position is focused on hands-on infrastructure engineering, automation, and platform delivery within a large-scale cloud environment.
The role is ideal for engineers who prefer implementation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement activities over stakeholder-facing consulting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Support Kubernetes workloads and containerized applications.
- Improve monitoring, logging, and observability capabilities.
- Contribute to infrastructure reliability and operational excellence.
- Support production environments and incident resolution.
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in automation and modernization initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience (both positions)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience.
- Solid Terraform expertise.
- Experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Containerization experience using Docker.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Linux administration skills.
- Practical Bash scripting experience.
- Monitoring, logging, and observability experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting production systems and critical infrastructure.
- Professional English communication skills.
