About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will guide the product journey from early concept to full delivery, ensuring that the outcomes align with internal business goals.
You will convert complex domain requirements into clear, actionable guidance for engineering teams, while working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
This position requires strong familiarity with renewable energy technologies, excellent analytical thinking, and the ability to shape product direction through informed strategic input.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that new features are delivered efficiently and in sync with engineering and delivery leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders across business development, engineering, design, and operations to define priorities and maintain a well-organized product backlog.
• Turn sophisticated business needs into precise user stories, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Gather insights from internal users and incorporate their feedback into product decisions.
• Communicate roadmap updates, release progress, and product performance to company leadership.
• Use data analysis to evaluate product health, uncover problems, and guide continuous improvement efforts.
• Contribute strategic recommendations that help shape long-term product evolution based on user input, market shifts, and organizational priorities.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally with exposure to renewable or clean energy fields.
• Genuine interest in wind and solar technologies along with an understanding of how renewable projects are created and developed.
• Demonstrated success launching and managing web or digital based software products.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices and common tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities that translate business goals into practical product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
• Broad knowledge of renewable energy systems and how development projects progress from concept to operation.
• Proficiency with standard product management platforms and software.

Bonus Points

• Background working in energy, utilities, renewables, or technical industrial environments such as grid operations, asset performance, or project development.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, KPI dashboards, or BI platforms.
• Experience collaborating with data science, ML, or AI teams on data-driven products.
• Understanding of product discovery methods such as user interviews, prototyping, and experimentation.
• Previous experience in a large or matrix-style international company.
• Knowledge of an additional European language, especially German or French.
