• 1 day a week in office for candidates in Belgrade, 1 a month for candidates outside Belgrade

About the Roles

We are hiring for two complementary product roles:

• Senior Product Manager – focused on strategy, analytics, domain understanding, and product vision
• Product Owner – focused on delivery, backlog ownership, and day-to-day execution with engineering

Both roles collaborate closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to build complex, data-driven platforms for the renewable energy and industrial sectors.

Senior Product Manager – Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and long-term roadmap aligned with business and organizational goals.
• Drive product strategy based on analytics, domain knowledge, and user needs.
• Lead product discovery by gathering insights from internal users and enterprise takeholders.
• Translate business and domain challenges into structured product initiatives and priorities.
• Communicate roadmap updates, progress, and product performance to leadership.
• Use data analysis to evaluate product health, uncover problems, and guide product evolution.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, user feedback, and organizational priorities.
• Support experimentation, prototyping, and validation of new ideas.

Senior Product Manager – Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working on complex or data-heavy products.
• Background in Math, Physics, Engineering, or a similar technical field is a strong advantage.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, renewables, or industrial domains is preferred.
• Comfortable working with enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering digital or web-based products.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and standard product tools.

Product Owner – Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex business and domain requirements into clear user stories and technical requirements.
• Work daily with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and engineering execution.
• Monitor product health through metrics and support continuous improvement.

Product Owner – Profile

• Strong Agile/Scrum background with hands-on backlog ownership experience.
• Daily collaboration with engineering teams on complex, data-driven products.
• Solid technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with developers.
• Background in Math, Physics, Engineering, or another technical discipline is a strong advantage.
• Experience with data-driven or technically complex systems preferred.

Bonus Points (Both Roles)

• Experience in energy, utilities, renewables, or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, KPI dashboards, or BI platforms.
• Experience working with data science, ML, or AI-driven products.
• Knowledge of product discovery methods such as user interviews and prototyping.
• Experience in large or international organizations.
• Knowledge of German or French.
