Lokacija: Novi Sad

B2B : Agencija / D.O.O. ili ugovor

Radno vreme : Fleksibilno ponedeljak-petak,  7h-10h do 15h-18h

Struktura tima: 1 DevOps, 2 BE, 2 FE, 1 QA

Alati: ClickUp, Miro, Slack, mozda (Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete delivery of projects, ensuring they are finished on schedule, within budget, and meet the client’s satisfaction.
• Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to reach project objectives and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing risks and issues.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders regarding project status and performance.
• Promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
• Assist sales and marketing efforts by supplying relevant project information.
• Manage internal product development as necessary.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex tech projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proven track of successfully managing relationships with clients and other relevant stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of programming concepts and product development processes.

Good to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• PMP or other project management certification.
• Software Developer background.
