Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned engineer with a knack for hands-on coding and a proven track record in team management and expansion. Ideally, you’ve overseen the recruitment and development of teams comprising 10 engineers or more, consistently delivering results over an extended period.

Your role will be pivotal in driving the company’s growth trajectory over the next few years, aligning with the evolution of both the platform and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Nurture and empower your team of engineers, fostering their skill development and career advancement.
• Offer technical mentorship and guidance, steering the team towards software engineering best practices.
• Harmonize the technical and product roadmaps within the team to ensure alignment with overarching goals.
• Architect and implement innovative, scalable, and resilient features through adept coding practices.
• Forge close collaborations within agile, cross-functional teams, working alongside product managers and business stakeholders.
• Participate comprehensively across all project phases, from conceptualization through specification to release.
