Role Overview:

Our backend infrastructure is entirely Python-based, operating in a cloud-native Kubernetes (k8s) environment. Unlike traditional backends focused on UI interactions, our system processes real-time audio streams and powers core AI-driven functionalities.

Seamless integration with various third-party services is a key component of our architecture, demanding reliable and well-structured implementation.

This role requires designing and developing sophisticated backend components, focusing on distributed architecture, concurrency management, and high-performance scaling.

Are you ready to take on this challenge?

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python

✅Tech Stack: the team works with frameworks such as FastAPI, aiohttp, AsinqIO, less with Django.
✅ Strong background in backend development and software architecture
✅ Proven track record of designing and deploying production-ready systems
✅ Expertise in system integrations, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and asynchronous programming
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience
✅ Key traits: High performer, team-oriented, quick learner, ownership mindset, passionate, and excellent communication skills

Bonus Points For:

➕ Experience in system architecture and advanced software design
➕ Familiarity with gRPC and WebRTC
