Kotlin Developer ( Multiplatform )

We are looking for a skilled Kotlin Developer with experience in or a strong willingness to work with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). As part of our development team, you will contribute to building cross-platform applications using modern technologies, ensuring high performance and maintainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain applications using Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to create seamless cross-platform solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Kotlin and KMP developments.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple platforms.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Kotlin development.
  • Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Knowledge of Android/iOS app development and cross-platform development principles.
  • Experience with common tools and frameworks 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Swift and iOS development.
  • Knowledge of backend technologies (Ktor, Spring Boot, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Prior experience in cross-platform app development.

Outsorcing ili inhouse?
Rad na productu, na kome smo mi suvlasnici. Long term je svakako i product based. Inhouse ali je tim rastrkan po svetu. 
 
Mindset ili senioritet?
Medior – senior i ljudi koji generalno zele da napreduju i vole programiranje, rešavanje izazova itd. 
 
Koju metodologiju razvoja softvera koristimo?
Scrum-Agile, ali se menja u zavisnosti od potrebe tima. 
 
Postoji li test okruženje?
Da. 
 
Postoji li mogućnost rada od kuće?
Da, jednom nedeljno se dolazi u firmu u BGD na vodi. 
 
Broj zaposlenih u kompaniji I veličina tima?
U Srbiji nas ima 50ak u razlicitim timovima, svaki tim se bavi određenim proizvodom i najčešće ima još 5-10 kolega u Holandiji. 
 
Da li ću raditi na razvoju novog softvera ili održavanju postojećeg?
I novih i postojećih komponenti. 
 
Da li ću imati direktan kontakt sa klijentima?
Nemamo klijente, mi smo suvlasnici tih firmi, tako da je ovo kao inhouse,tretirati ih kao kolege. 
 
Da li se radi u timu ili jedan programer pokriva jedan projekat?
Tim. 
 
Koliko sati traje radno vreme?
8h
 
Da li postoji predefinisan system napredovanja?  Ukoliko postoji, kako je definisan u kratkim crtama?
Radmo redovno performance review-e, na 6-8 meseci, dok uglavnom jednom godišnje pravimo raise ukoliko su svi review pozitivni. 
 
Kako izgleda vaš proces zaposljavanja?
Screening, culture fit meet, tech intervju, finalni razgovor gde se daje ponuda ako je kandidat prošao sve. 
 
Koliko dugo traje projekat za koji imate otvorenu poziciju i kakve garancije dajete za stabilnost posla kada ilia ko se projekat završi?
Firma posluje 10 godina, konkretan projekat 2 godine. Voleli bismo da damo garancije ali tako nešto ne postoji. Mi smo i investitori u ovaj projekat, tako da nam se def. Isplati da on traje i da firma radi. Tokom deset godina rada ni za Covid, a ni sada u ovoj krizi nismo imali nikakve talase otpuštanja.
