Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge, large-scale ML-based products. You will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative solutions for one of the largest MOOC platforms in the world, serving over 100M users.

This is a full-time, fully remote position, offering the chance to grow professionally while tackling challenging projects in the field of deep learning and recommender systems.

What You’ll Do:

– Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for large-scale applications, with a focus on recommender systems.
– Leverage frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow to create, train, and deploy deep learning models.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
– Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
– Stay current with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and apply them to real-world problems.

What We’re Looking For:

– Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering
– Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow and expertise in deep learning.
– Proven experience working on recommender systems or similar large-scale ML applications.
– Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and programming languages such as Python.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building impactful ML solutions.
– Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
