A fast-growing fintech company delivering innovative digital payment and financial solutions across both fiat and crypto ecosystems is looking for an experienced Financial Senior Specialist.

As the organization continues to scale, this role will take ownership of end-to-end finance operations and play a key part in building a strong and scalable financial infrastructure.

This is not a traditional finance position. It is a broad, hands-on role covering accounting, treasury, reconciliations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance across both traditional and digital assets. The ideal candidate understands the complexity of digital payments and crypto-related transactions and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations across fiat and crypto activities, including payments, reconciliations, settlements, and transaction monitoring.
• Own accounting processes, month-end close activities, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage treasury and liquidity functions, ensuring efficient movement of funds across banking and digital asset channels.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, regulators, and external partners.
• Support regulatory compliance requirements and maintain strong financial controls and governance practices.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure financial integrity and support business growth.
• Contribute to the development and scaling of the finance function and operational framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, treasury, or financial control roles.
• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, digital assets, banking, or financial services is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial tools, or automation solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• High level of ownership, integrity, and accountability.
