We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented VIP Manager to join our growing team. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, increasing customer loyalty, and delivering a premium customer experience through personalized communication and strategic account management. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with VIP clients
Deliver personalized communication and premium customer support
Increase customer retention, engagement, and loyalty
Identify opportunities to improve customer lifetime value
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional user experience
Monitor customer activity and provide relevant insights and reports
Support VIP campaigns, promotions, and loyalty initiatives
Handle sensitive customer matters with professionalism and discretion
✅ Required Qualifications
🎓 Education
Minimum High School Diploma
Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage, especially in:
Economics
Management
Marketing
Communications
IT or related fields
💼 Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Customer Support
Client Relations
Account Management
VIP / CRM Operations
Hospitality or premium customer experience environments
Nice to Have:
Experience in the iGaming industry
Experience in fintech or online platform environments
Retention and loyalty program experience
🌍 Language Requirements
English proficiency minimum B2 level (written and spoken)
Additional languages are considered a strong advantage:
German

Turkish
🛠 Technical Skills
Experience working with CRM systems
MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency
Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack, Teams, Zendesk, or similar
Basic data analysis and reporting skills
