VIP Account Manager

Department: Customer Relations / VIP / CRM
Reports To: Team Lead of VIP
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent Contract
Model: In Office, Belgrade, city center 


🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented VIP Manager to join our growing team. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, increasing customer loyalty, and delivering a premium customer experience through personalized communication and strategic account management. The ideal candidate is communicative, organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple VIP accounts in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, discretion, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this position.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with VIP clients
  • Deliver personalized communication and premium customer support
  • Increase customer retention, engagement, and loyalty
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer lifetime value
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional user experience
  • Monitor customer activity and provide relevant insights and reports
  • Support VIP campaigns, promotions, and loyalty initiatives
  • Handle sensitive customer matters with professionalism and discretion

✅ Required Qualifications

🎓 Education

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage, especially in:
    • Economics
    • Management
    • Marketing
    • Communications
    • IT or related fields

💼 Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Customer Support
  • Client Relations
  • Account Management
  • VIP / CRM Operations
  • Hospitality or premium customer experience environments

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the iGaming industry
  • Experience in fintech or online platform environments
  • Retention and loyalty program experience

🌍 Language Requirements

  • English proficiency minimum B2 level (written and spoken)

Additional languages are considered a strong advantage:

  • German
  • Spanish
  • Russian
  • Turkish

🛠 Technical Skills

  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack, Teams, Zendesk, or similar
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
