Ofiice / Remote: Mostly remote, offices when there are some meetings involved, 1,2 times a month on average.
Work related travel: About 6 times a year, 4 regular team meetings, twice for project related meetings.

About
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Inhouse Finance Consultant (D365 Finance & Operations) to join our international IT Hub in Belgrade. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in ERP systems and finance to grow within a global environment.
As a key member of our global ERP team, you will work primarily with the finance modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, providing user support, training, and solution design. Occasional travel to Africa may be required, especially during rollout phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver user training in finance and accounting processes within D365 Finance & Operations.
- Provide user support to 400+ users in collaboration with internal and external consultants.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance finance modules in D365 F&O (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, etc.).
- Perform detailed business and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.
- Translate user needs into detailed solution designs, leveraging standard D365 F&O features and estimating effort in collaboration with developers.
- Contribute to D365 F&O implementation and rollout projects, particularly in finance areas.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including system diagrams, API guides, and user manuals.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (ideally D365 F&O; SAP, D365 BC, or similar acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business process analysis.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable designs.
- Experience in producing technical documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have
- Ability to write SQL queries or experience with Power Platform tools.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Certifications in project/process methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
