We are on the lookout for an ICT Sales Manager to strengthen our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

– Possess significant experience or formal qualifications in IT, business management, or related disciplines.
– Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and follow-up interactions.
– Leverage deep product and technical expertise to guide customers in selecting the right solutions while providing ongoing support.
– Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored ICT services and products.
– Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and the company’s services.
– Engage with both existing and prospective clients to explore sales opportunities.
– Actively promote the company’s ICT solutions to expand market reach.
– Present competitive quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and service implementation.
– Share insights with sales leadership about product performance and market dynamics.
– Maintain client satisfaction by addressing feedback, resolving issues, and making necessary adjustments.
– Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
– Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.

What We’re Looking For

– A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales.
– At least 4 years of experience specializing in ICT sales, particularly in business solutions.
– Expertise in selling Cloud, Managed Services, and Cybersecurity solutions is a significant advantage.
– Deep understanding of the ICT market, especially large-scale projects.
– Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
– Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized.
– Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
– A valid driver’s license.
