Transition Managers / Delivery Managers

Hybrid 2/3 days in office, Novi Beograd

We are hiring multiple Transition Managers / Delivery Managers in Belgrade, Serbia to lead fintech and banking transformation programs. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for experienced project leaders with strong delivery governance, stakeholder management, and multi-project execution expertise.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology, transition, and transformation projects
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, governance, and resources
  • Own RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) management and escalations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Manage 2–3 concurrent projects or large strategic programs
  • Provide leadership reporting, project governance, and status updates
  • Support go-live, transition planning, hypercare, and continuous improvement
  • 5–10 years of project / delivery management experience in fintech, banking, payments, or capital markets
  • Strong delivery methodology experience across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models
  • Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, and Planview preferred
  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or PRINCE2 certifications advantageous
