About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading global financial technology organization to hire an experienced
Delphi & .NET Technical Consultant to join their Treasury & Risk practice.

This is a highly technical, client-facing consulting role focused on the implementation, customization, integration, and support of enterprise-grade risk management platforms used by major financial institutions worldwide.

The position is particularly suited for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Delphi development combined with modern .NET / C# engineering, who are looking to work on complex financial systems in a consulting-driven environment.

You will work directly with banking and financial services clients across the full project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, go-live, and post-production support.

This role combines software engineering, technical consulting, business analysis, and client engagement, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy both deep technical work and stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Treasury & Risk software solutions based on client requirements
• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Delphi, C# (.NET), SQL, T-SQL, and PowerShell
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions
• Perform debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Support integration of risk systems into client infrastructure
• Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support
• Collaborate with internal development, consulting, and product teams
• Ensure successful delivery across scope, timeline, and quality expectations

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise application delivery
• Strong hands-on experience with Delphi (must-have)
• Strong experience with .NET / C# development (must-have)
• Advanced knowledge of SQL / T-SQL
• Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting tools
• Experience in debugging, testing, and application configuration
• Exposure to client-facing or consulting environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Domain Experience

• Credit Risk Management & Credit Risk Modelling
• Market Risk & Trading Risk Management
• Regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III)
• Treasury systems or financial risk platforms
• Banking or capital markets environments
