🚀 Senior Cloud & Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Cloud & DevOps professional to join our engineering team and help build and maintain modern, scalable cloud environments. In this role, you will contribute to infrastructure optimization, deployment automation, and platform reliability within a fast-moving and collaborative technical environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support scalable infrastructure solutions within Microsoft Azure environments
• Manage and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Build, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness
• Support containerized applications and cloud-native architectures using Docker technologies
• Collaborate with development teams to improve release management and deployment workflows
• Monitor infrastructure and applications to ensure stability, availability, and performance
• Apply DevOps, GitOps, and DevSecOps methodologies across engineering processes
• Implement secure infrastructure practices, including secrets handling and access management
• Drive automation initiatives and contribute to Infrastructure as Code improvements
• Create and maintain operational documentation, technical procedures, and platform guidelines

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar infrastructure-focused roles
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services, including AKS, networking, IAM, storage, and monitoring
• Practical experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production environments
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD tooling and automation platforms, especially GitHub Actions and Harness
• Experience working with Docker and container-based application deployments
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting capabilities
• Good understanding of CI/CD concepts, GitOps workflows, and DevSecOps practices
• Experience implementing secure pipelines and managing sensitive credentials securely
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor
• Exposure to microservices and distributed system architectures
• Previous experience working within fintech, banking, or regulated industries
• Understanding of cloud security standards and operational best practices
