🔑 What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and automation pipelines.
• Partner with data scientists & AI engineers to create and deploy AI/ML-driven automation solutions.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code using OOP, design patterns, and best practices.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native solutions (ideally on Microsoft Azure) with a focus on security and scalability.
• Implement modern DevOps workflows — Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Docker, and automated testing.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical, elegant technical solutions.
• Write clear technical documentation to support workflows, architecture, and usage.
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and applying emerging AI, cloud, and automation technologies.

🛠️ What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of data libraries (NumPy, pandas) and data manipulation.
• Expertise in OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Cloud experience (Microsoft Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and automation testing tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• A growth mindset and adaptability to new technologies.

Nice to have:

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation projects in BPS or similar domains.
• Relevant certifications (Python, Azure, or related fields).
