• Design, implement, and optimize Cisco technologies for enterprise networks.
• Plan and configure Routing, Switching, and Network Architecture solutions.
• Create High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and migration plans.
• Deliver Implementation and Change Management Plans to support transitions.
• Troubleshoot network issues and compatibility using lab simulations.
• Provide documentation, customer portals, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure solutions align with business outcomes and customer success.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and client account stakeholders.
• Contribute to presales efforts and translate customer requirements into designs.
• Build and share digital intellectual capital (scripts, automation tools).
• Act as a focal point for resolution of major customer issues.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, SDA, DNAC, and/or SDWAN.
• Understand Network Design Principles and Enterprise Network Architectures.
• Use scripting (e.g., Python) and automation to support deployments (preferred).
• CCIE or Cisco certification preferred; 5+ years of technical experience required.
• Provide proactive/reactive support through Cisco Business Critical Services.
• Mentor peers and deliver training on routing and switching technologies.
• Support delivery and optimization for major accounts across EMEA.
• Maintain consultative relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus; travel within EMEA expected.
