• Lead customer-specific design and solution validation across platforms and software.
• Define test requirements and validation cases in collaboration with clients.
• Set up labs simulating customer networks using traffic generators like Ixia/Spirent.
• Develop automated test scripts using ROBOT framework and Python.
• Execute and monitor validation tests; document and report results.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and collaborate on root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with SVS quality standards and delivery guidelines.
• Drive automation enhancements for scalability and delivery efficiency.
• Engage in discussions to identify new business opportunities and renewals.
• Provide consultancy support with strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in at least two domains: SDA, SD-WAN, R&S, DC, ACI, SP.
• Apply project management principles and coordinate validation milestones.
• Adapt to both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Work hands-on with Cisco enterprise, data center, or service provider technologies.
• Contribute to lab and testbed setup, config, and network emulation best practices.
• Maintain strong scripting skills (Python, Robot); Ansible/Terraform is a plus.
• Hold minimum 2x CCNP-level knowledge in relevant domains.
• Preferred: CCIE (especially Enterprise) and experience in network deployment.
• Collaborate across teams to align validation outcomes to business goals.
