Key responsibilities

• Planning and organization of testing,
• Preparation of test scenarios,
• Manual execution of test scenarios (regression, UAT, smoke, e2e, integration…),
• Identification and documentation of defects and bug retesting,
• Communication and cooperation with development teams as well as with other organizational parts of the company in order to provide testing support,
• Reporting of test results,
• Active use of collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence to document and present platform functionality,
• Communicating with SCRUM teams and participating in SCRUM processes,
  Identifying test scenarios for automation and actively collaborating with the automation team.

Competencies

• University education (preferably in the domain of information technologies), completed education for QA manual tester or relevant work experience,
• Advanced computer skills and easy adoption of new technologies,
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
• Confident spoken and written English,
• Responsibility, independence and precision in the execution of tasks,
• Proactive and analytical approach,
• Initiative in solving problems,
• Focus on completing business activities within strictly given deadlines.

Beneficial Not Essential

• Experience in working in the same or similar positions,
• Knowledge of following tools: Postman and TestRail,
• Basic knowledge of SQL (MySQL & PostgreSQL),
• Knowledge of SCRUM methodology,
• Knowledge of Atlassian collaboration tools.
