You will play a key role in helping grow the company to its next level and shape its future — by lowering churn through customer obsession and data-driven execution, focusing on activation, retention, and monetization.

About the Role
The mission of the Senior Growth Product Manager is to deeply understand customer use cases, obsess over the user journey, and shape a product roadmap that solves core challenges.
You will own the end-to-end growth engine—optimizing the journey from acquisition to retention through continuous experimentation and disciplined execution.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is essential to the company’s future.

Key Responsibilities
Retention Strategy
- Own the product roadmap for reducing churn
- Create segmentation-driven retention journeys
Activation & Onboarding
- Increase percentage of users reaching meaningful value
- Identify friction points and redesign activation flows
- Build frictionless onboarding experiences
Time-to-Value Optimization
- Reduce time between signup and first meaningful outcome
- Align product flows with real user intent
First-Week Engagement
- Drive early engagement through triggers and education loops
- Increase feature adoption and habitual usage
Required Skills
- Data Fluency: Build dashboards, define tracking, validate instrumentation
- Activation Optimization: Improve onboarding and user engagement
- Product Discovery: User interviews, churn analysis, experiments
- UX & Behavioral Design: Apply psychology and UX principles
- Retention Analytics: Cohorts, churn, LTV, ARPU, expansion revenue
Experience Required
- 5+ years in B2C SaaS (Product-Led Growth environment)
- Proven experience reducing churn and improving activation
- Strong experience with product analytics tools
- Experience mapping and optimizing user journeys
- 2+ years working with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Bonus
Experience in VPN, VPS, Hosting, Cloud Storage, or Consumer Infrastructure SaaS.
Not a Fit If
- You are not hands-on (VP/Head-level only)
- No experience in B2C subscription products
- Background only in B2B
- Marketing-only experience without product ownership
