Environment and Responsibilities

• Design and implement resilient Kafka clusters to enable seamless real-time data processing.
• Monitor and optimize performance and scalability for enhanced efficiency.
• Implement security measures to protect data integrity.
• Document and promote best practices and configurations within the Kafka ecosystem.
• Mentoring junior team members

Education and Experience

• State University degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven expertise (3+ years) in Real-Time Data processing
• Experience with Kafka Connect and Kafka Streams
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as Python, Java or Shell
• Preferred familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
