Who You Are

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience delivering D365 implementations as a Functional Consultant
• Academic background in Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• Deep familiarity with financial, supply chain, or manufacturing workflows and their technical configurations
• Fluent in English; bonus points if you also speak German, French, Italian, or Spanish
• Proven ability to assess business needs and deliver effective solutions
• Clear communicator with strong planning and documentation skills
• Excellent multitasker who excels under pressure
• Independent contributor who also thrives in a team setting

What You’ll Do

• Assess client operations and determine system requirements
• Customize and test D365FO features to meet unique business needs
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end D365 configurations and ensure successful delivery through testing and training
• Offer hands-on support during rollout phases
• Stay current with D365FO developments and complete relevant Microsoft certifications as needed
• Occasionally travel for team events or on-site client collaboration
