Requirements

Key skills and experience required for this role include

• Strong Python programming abilities, including experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Celery for data tasks and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in relational databases, particularly MySQL, is also essential.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux platforms and the ability to diagnose and improve system performance is critical.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled at identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions, and has a proactive approach to automation and efficiency improvements.
• Candidates should have at least five years of experience in technical support or systems engineering roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-energy, dynamic environment.
• Experience with monitoring systems and performance tracking tools is a plus.
