Environment and Responsibilities

• Creating and performing functional and non-functional tests of backend systems.
• Executing 3rd parties system testing and test cases per the Test Plan.
• Creating Test plans per functional documentation.
• Collaborating with technical leads on platform technical design and architecture.
• Coaching and mentoring Junior and Mid-level colleagues
• Conducting peer code reviews with teammates.
• Performing root cause analysis of production issues, making and implementing recommendations.

Education and Experience

• Minimum three years of experience in Java, Kotlin, or similar languages.
• Minimum three years of experience in Spring, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
• Performing functional and non-functional testing.
• Experience with Gatling, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of relational database systems.
• Experience in Kafka or Service Bus is plus.
• Understanding of microservices or service-oriented architecture (SOA) is a plus.
