We’re building an AI-driven health intelligence platform that helps healthcare providers, researchers, corporate wellness programs, and elite athletes transform complex health data into actionable insights.

By combining wearable data, diagnostics, laboratory results, and electronic health records (EHRs), our platform enables proactive healthcare, better clinical decision-making, and improved patient outcomes through advanced AI-powered analytics.

We’re looking for an experienced Web Product Designer who enjoys solving complex UX challenges, designing intuitive data-rich interfaces, and creating scalable design systems that power exceptional digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Web Product Designer, you’ll own the design of sophisticated web applications used by healthcare professionals and enterprise customers. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and clinical stakeholders, you’ll transform complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and elegant user experiences.

• Design end-to-end user experiences for dashboards, analytics, onboarding, settings, and enterprise workflows.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet (iPad), and mobile devices.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, including reusable components, accessibility standards, typography, spacing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and shape product direction.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with high visual quality.
• Plan and conduct usability testing, analyze findings, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and communicate design decisions with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience designing web-based digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and polished visual design.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience designing responsive web applications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced product environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing healthcare, medical, analytics, or other highly regulated products.
• Experience with data-heavy dashboards and complex workflow design.
• Experience designing across both web and mobile platforms.
• Experience with large-scale design systems, design tokens, component libraries, and documentation.
• Experience designing AI-powered products and translating AI-generated insights into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience working in startup or high-growth SaaS environments.
